Thanks to the filters, our high-pressure coolant systems can extend the lifetime of the coolant by up to 100%. Coolant water that is efficiently delivered to the cutting zone helps break and remove the separated chips. The coolant prevents the formation of a built-up edge on the tool, thus increasing efficiency.

Using a good cooling system can also drastically reduce the cost of disposing of hazardous waste.

CHIPBLASTER B SERIES

These systems are suitable for providing fixed medium and high pressures. They can be used for CNC lathes or machining centers. It is small in space and simple in design.

B-30/35

M code controlled medium pressure system with one 10 micron filter. It protects the machine tool and the cutting tool with automatic overflow protection and a clogged filter signal. Ideal max. For 15 kW CNC machines. It is easy to move thanks to its rolling design.

V-40

The V-40 high-pressure system automatically delivers the right pressure and amount of coolant for the job. This avoids unnecessary energy consumption, there is no extra coolant transport that would simply be returned to the tank. The large tank helps with thermal stability and reduces the incidence of foaming problems.

V-60

The V-60 is powered by its own lift pump, which delivers refrigerant from the machine tool’s water tank to a 480-liter built-in tank. It then delivers high-pressure filtered coolant to the CNC machine that best suits the machining task. Ideal max. For 30 kW CNC machines with two turret machines. V2-80

The V2-80 consists of two independent 40-liter modules, so it can serve two turret machines. The removal of foreign oil from the coolant of machine tools results in a healthier work environment, thereby reducing health risks, as well as significant savings due to increased coolant life. Thanks to LNS PhaSep’s unique floating oil collection solution, it removes collected foreign oil with 99% efficiency, all in one simple and easy-to-use combination.

Tape skimmer

The removal of foreign oil from the coolant of machine tools results in a healthier work environment, thereby reducing health risks, as well as significant savings due to increased coolant life. The LNS belt oil separator, based on the already well-known operating mechanism, is a cost-effective and easy-to-install, space-saving solution. It can be installed directly on some LNS ChipBlaster high pressure systems.

Coolant cooler

The heat generated during cutting in machine tools can result in premature tool wear, inaccurate machining and longer cycle times. The LNS coolant cooling system provides a reliable solution to eliminate this. It can be set to absolute temperature or to monitor the ambient temperature.
