Quick•Point® · Makro•Grip®
One system for every clamping task: towers, rails, vises and chucks mount on the Quick•Point® zero-point plate, so the same system serves both manual setups and automated production.

Quick•Point® zero-point plates
A system height of just 27 mm, 52 and 96 mm grids, < 0.005 mm repeatability. Single and multiple grid plates, plus modular plates up to 960 mm in Y, so the same system serves 3-axis and 5-axis machines as well as horizontal machining centers.
Key data
Repeatability < 0.005 mm
Holding force up to 6,000 kg
Hardened, ground steel plates
Benefits
Vise changes in seconds
One system for every machine
Low profile, good accessibility
Quick•Tower
Clamping tower for horizontal machining centers. QP52 or QP96 zero-point plates on all four sides take the vises, so many workpieces are machined in one setup with long, unattended runs.
Key data
Height 668 mm or 860 mm
20 QP52 or 12 QP96 plates (668 mm)
Base 384 × 384 mm, 96 grid
Benefits
Long, unattended runs
For 46 Micro, 46, 77 and 125 vises
On a base plate or directly on the table
Quick•Point® Rail
The clamping rails bolt directly onto the T-slot machine table or an automation pallet, with no zero-point base plate. Thanks to the 4 mm serration, vises and fixtures can be positioned in 4 mm increments.
Key data
Rails 316 and 348 mm, extensions 192/384 mm
4 mm serration, locking every 96 mm
Repeatability < 0.005 mm
Benefits
No zero-point base plate needed
A rail can be mounted in about 2 minutes
Perfect fit for 320 mm pallets
Makro•Grip® vises and pre-stamping
The jaw profile is pre-stamped into the raw part outside the machine, with up to 20 t of force, in less than 5 seconds. This gives a form-fit clamp with high holding force at just 3 mm clamping depth, free access from five sides and less material allowance.
Vises
46, 77 and 125 mm jaw widths
Clamping from 0–65 mm up to 0–355 mm
Part: width ≤ 3×, height ≤ 2× jaw width
Pre-stamping
Max. 20 t stamping force, < 5 s/part
Standard jaws up to 35 HRC, FS up to 45 HRC
Quadruple serration, reversible jaws
Makro•4Grip · Avanti · Profilo
Jaw systems that mount on Makro•Grip vise bodies. Makro•4Grip clamps round blanks using pre-stamping, while Avanti and Profilo, with soft top jaws that can be machined to the contour, handle second operations and complex shapes.
Makro•4Grip
Round parts Ø36–300 mm
Pre-stamping, approx. 3 mm clamping
Retrofittable to existing vises
Avanti and Profilo
Avanti: quick-change soft jaws, 46/77/125 mm
Profilo: contour jaws, 112 and 160 mm wide
Steel or aluminum top jaws
Vario•Tec
Pin jaw system for pre-machined parts: the retracting pins follow the contour, so no parallels or external stops are needed. Reset with compressed air in a single step.
Key data
Pin Ø4 mm (77) and Ø6 mm (125 jaw)
Self-centering vises with a 57–250 mm range
Also available as a jaw pair for the 5-axis vise
Benefits
No parallels, no stops
Fast changeover for varying contours
Secure support in second operations
Vasto•Clamp
Designed for milling round parts, and also usable as a 3-jaw chuck. With its integrated zero-point interface it mounts directly on the Quick•Point 96 plate, and the jaws can be changed in seconds without tools.
Key data
External clamping Ø10–160 mm
Internal clamping up to Ø190 mm
15 kN clamping force, < 0.04 mm concentricity
Benefits
Tool-free jaw change
Hardened, soft steel and aluminum jaws
Ready for automation
Preci•Point
Collet chuck for milling small round parts, Ø3–34 mm. It uses standard ER 32 and ER 50 collets that many shops already have, and mounts directly on the Quick•Point plate with its integrated zero-point holder.
Key data
ER 32 collet: Ø3–20 mm
ER 50 collet: Ø6–34 mm
Integrated QP52 zero-point holder
Benefits
Slim design, good accessibility
Use your existing collets
Quick change on the zero-point plate
Makro•Grip® Ultra
Modular vise for large parts with a 40–810 mm clamping range, with custom versions beyond that. It locates on the Quick•Point 96 interface with 2, 3 or 4 zero points, so it keeps the accuracy of the zero-point system even on large parts.
Key data
Base sets: 40–410, 40–610, 40–810 mm
System height 45, 109 and 189 mm
Positioning < 0.005 mm
Benefits
Serrated jaws with 3 or 5 mm depth
Avanti jaws for contours
Hydro•Sup support for long parts
